Together with the children, we choose healthy foods and show them what fresh fruits and vegetables look like.
- Consistent routine
Morning snack, lunch (soup, main course, and dessert in the form of fruit), afternoon snack, beverages throughout the day (water, tea, milk), fruit/vegetables.
